Responsibilities:
Uncover client travel needs and preferences through consultations.
Research and recommend flights, accommodations, tours, and activities tailored to each client’s budget and desires.
Secure bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel arrangements.
Provide insightful advice on travel regulations, visas, and travel insurance.
Assist clients throughout their travel journey, offering support and addressing any concerns.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry (or transferable sales/customer service experience).
Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, cultures, and attractions.
Excellent research and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology platforms.
